Shipping & Returns

Gnome Showdown products are printed to order and shipped by The Game Crafter. Syndal Games handles questions about purchases made through our store and coordinates with the manufacturer when help is needed.

What arrives

The base game comes in its card deck box. Each expansion comes in its own foil pack with a guide. Groups contain their listed, separately packaged products.

Delivery charges and timing

Checkout shows the delivery options available for your address, their costs, and the current production estimate before you pay. Production time is separate from time in transit. A ship-date estimate tells you when the package is expected to leave the manufacturer.

We communicate material delays. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we explain the delay and provide the option to agree to the revised shipping estimate or cancel the unshipped purchase for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law.

Cancellations and address corrections

Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address or request a cancellation. Because products are printed to order, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible once production has begun. We review your request and explain the options available for your order. Production restrictions do not override your applicable consumer rights.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect products

Email info@syndal.biz with your order reference and a description of the problem. Photos of the packaging and affected items help when available. We review the issue and coordinate the appropriate remedy with the fulfillment provider.

Return requests

Contact us before returning a product, including a return because you have changed your mind. We review the request and explain the available return or replacement options, any applicable conditions or costs, and how to send the item back. Please do not send a package to the manufacturer without return instructions.

This process does not limit any return, replacement, or refund rights you have under applicable law.
