These terms apply to the Gnome Showdown online store operated by Syndal Games, Inc. and to purchases you make through it. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy before placing an order.

Products and game age

Gnome Showdown: Garden Skirmish is for ages 14 and older. The base game contains 44 playing cards and two rule guides. Each current expansion pack contains 14 fixed cards and a guide. Your order shows the products and quantities you are buying before payment.

Expansion packs add to the base game. Another copy of the same pack contains the same cards. A group is a selection of separately packaged products unless its description says otherwise.

Prices and payment

Product prices are displayed in the store. Your checkout shows delivery charges, applicable taxes, and the complete amount payable before you confirm payment. Our payment provider processes your payment using the methods available at checkout.

Your order details

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. If you are not old enough to enter a purchase contract where you live, ask a parent or guardian to place the order. We send your order confirmation to the email address you provide. Check the details and contact us promptly if anything needs correcting.

Printing, delivery, and changes

The Game Crafter manufactures and ships our products. They are printed to order. A production or ship-date estimate tells you when the order is expected to leave the manufacturer; it is separate from the time the package spends in transit.

Read our Shipping & Returns policy for delivery, cancellation, returns, and product problems. A supplier’s production restrictions do not remove any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Website content

Our website materials and branding help you learn about and buy the game. Any use outside applicable legal permissions or an expressly granted license requires authorization from the appropriate rights holder. Do not misuse the store or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Privacy and consumer rights

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and how to make a privacy request. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
