Syndal Games, Inc. operates the Gnome Showdown online store at syndal.biz. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you shop with us, receive expansion news, or ask for help.

Our payment provider processes your payment details through its payment form. We do not store your full card number or card security code. We receive the transaction reference, payment status, and limited payment information needed to manage your order, resolve payment questions, and issue refunds.

The store uses browser storage and links containing product IDs and quantities to remember your selections. These links do not contain your delivery address or payment details. You can clear saved selections in your browser’s site-data settings.

Our hosting and security providers process connection information, such as your IP address, browser type, and request time, to operate and protect the website. Payment and other essential service providers may use cookies for checkout and security. You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking essential cookies may affect those services.

We do not use advertising pixels to track your activity across other websites.

How we use your information

Buying a game does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing does not stop essential messages about an order you have placed.

Who receives your information

The Game Crafter manufactures and ships our products. We share the product quantities and the contact and delivery information it needs to fulfill your order. Our payment provider processes payments. Hosting, security, and email providers receive the information needed to perform their services.

We also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the store from fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy requirements. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising based on your activity across other websites.

Your choices and privacy requests

You choose whether to join the newsletter. You can also contact us to ask about your information or request a correction. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain uses.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some records must be kept for legal obligations, payment processing, or an order or support issue. If an exception applies, we explain it in our response.

Our website does not respond differently to a browser’s Do Not Track setting. We do not conduct cross-site advertising tracking.
